I just purchased a new home in Kernersville, NC. There were 2 dead trees in front of the house and an eyesore of a holly bush to the right of the front porch up against the siding. Mark and his team came out and quickly quoted the removal of each at a price much lower than the 2 other places I called. a year ago I needed some limbs on various trees on my property trimmed down. Mark and his team were very professional, fairly priced and efficient. They even arrived a little earlier than planned to get a jump on the work being done! In my original job, Mark noticed some ivy that could cause damage later to some of my trees which he included in the scope of work but was unable to get to it on our scheduled day. He kept in touch and rescheduled until he was able to come to complete the work. That shows great honesty and integrity. This is the best experience I've had with any business in a very long time. PureGreen Tree Service does excellent, thorough and fast work with tree removal including many large 30 year old trees that I needed taken. Some were dead and some were leaning toward my house. They cut up and hauled off branches and brush. They dropped some trees and cut some and dropped sections. All work was done professionally and promptly. The price was always reasonable. I hired pure green to cut down a large dead tree limb over my house. After they removed the tree limb I noticed they left branches all over the roof of my house. I submitted payment and I requested they remove the branches over the roof. It took several follow up calls to the owner and more than two months to eventually get the company to come back and remove the branches. I had used them in the past and they did good work. This was an unfortunate instance.
